Lucid Insight LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website lucidtradingcourse.com and use our educational materials, position size calculator, and members area (together, the "Services").

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you:
- Account and contact data. When you subscribe to the free material or register for the members area, we collect your e-mail address, account credentials, and — if you provide it — your name. Accounts are handled through our authentication infrastructure (Supabase).
- Payment and transaction data. Course payment is made in stablecoin directly on the blockchain. We do not collect or store card numbers, because we do not process card payments. We do record the wallet address you send from, the transaction hash you submit, the region you select at checkout, and the amount and asset received — this is what allows us to confirm your payment and to process a refund if one is due.
- Order and consent records. We keep a record of the version of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that was in force when you purchased, together with your acknowledgement of them.
- Usage and technical data. We automatically receive standard internet log data — including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and access times — through our hosting provider, in order to maintain platform security and performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver, operate, and maintain our educational materials and members area.
- To verify stablecoin payments, open access, and send your login details.
- To send the free course material you requested, and to e-mail you about your account.
- To answer support questions and provide essential service notices.
- To protect our platform against fraud, unauthorised access, account sharing, and intellectual property theft — including through the personalised watermark applied to course video streams.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the business:
- Hosting and delivery: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and content delivery).
- Authentication, database, and account records: Supabase.
- Course video hosting and streaming: Bunny Stream, including the personalised watermark applied to video playback.
- E-mail delivery: our e-mail service provider, which processes your e-mail address in order to deliver the free material and account notices.
- Payments: blockchain networks and the public block explorer used to verify your transfer. Note that blockchain transactions are public by nature — anyone can see that a transfer occurred between two addresses.
- Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Lucid Insight LLC.
4. Cookies and Analytics
This website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party analytics scripts. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first and — where required by the law of your region — your consent will be requested before anything is set.
5. Data Security & Retention
We use industry-standard measures (including TLS/SSL encryption in transit and authenticated API access) to protect your personal data. Access to member accounts and databases is restricted. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as is necessary to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential; sharing your account is a breach of our Terms of Service.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
